Role and Responsibilities

  • Sound knowledge and Good understanding of RERA Laws and its impact and application on Real Estate companies
  • Negotiate and draft all kinds of legal documents
  • Providing quality contracting support autonomously to the business. This includes providing analysis, drafting and counsel on transactions, including any related legal, policy, regulatory and compliance issues integrating legal knowledge and understanding
  • Conduct research on various legal issues
  • Aware of statutory guidelines
  • Understand legal and financial risks and implications of contracts and evaluation of risk in terms of cost
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate

  • Law Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized University
  • Experience in Real Estate Sector will be an added advantage
  • Well conversant with MS-Office
  • Salary – Negotiable
A Facility / Housekeeping Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a Real Estate industry. Experienced in handling / managing a team.

A female candidate with 2-3 years of relevant working experience, excellent communication skills and pleasing personality. Should be well conversant with MS-Office and comfortable working with extended working hours. A convent educated candidate with fluency in spoken English, shall be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria :
• Male with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Preferred candidate should possess good communication skills and complete knowledge of MS Office.
• The candidate should also be good at drafting letters, proposals and/ or mailing.

A graduate having 4 to 5 years of experience in Operations Management / CRM in Real Estate industry. Should have good communication skills both written & verbal. Very well conversant with MS Office.

At least 15 years of proven track record as Project Engineer / Service Engineer in Real Estate industry. Should possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering. Experienced in handling a team of supervisors / engineers. Should be around 45 years of age.
A Purchase Professional handling purchase of all the materials required by the Real Estate Industry. Should have 4 to 5 years of experience in Material Purchase from a Real Estate / Construction industry. Must have a Diploma /Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical branch).
